Growing up all over the Northwest gave me an appreciation for different construction styles of housing in different regions and climates. I lived in apartments, condominiums, and houses and liked the unique features of each different living style. I took my first Home Inspection course on line a decade ago. Next, I contacted the CCB for the state's requirements for Certified Home Inspectors. I started training with local Home Inspectors who were all very knowledgeable. This experience pushed me even harder toward becoming an Oregon Certified Home Inspector. I attended C.I.T. (Certified Inspection Training) in Kalamath Falls, OR. Upon completion I had earned the qualifications to take the certification testing. Once I became an Oregon Certified Home Inspector, I started Dunn Inspections. I perform pre purchase Home inspections. With a focus on safety in housing, I will soon be adding Radon testing to the inspection services I provide. My service area includes Hood River, Mosier, The Dalles, Odell, Parkdale, Portland, Wamic and Tygh Valley. I look forward to inspecting your future home!
